Junket Club presents Edinburgh Previews at The Pot Cafe

Hello Junketeers,

It’s the summer again. It’s that time of year when you can wear linen and buy melons. It’s also Edinburgh preview time again. Hooray.

For the second year running, the Junket Club presents a season of Edinburgh previews. This is where comedians who are developing their shows ahead of the Edinburgh festival come and try out material in front of a beautiful audience (you).

This year they are taking place in The Pot Café on Crwys Road (nice) and will take place on a Tuesday evening (apart from one bonus week where we'll also have a Wednesday evening).

Tickets will go on sale here one week ahead of each event at 1pm.

These gigs won’t have any of the usual Junket bells and whistles but they will be a great opportunity to see brilliant comedians trying out ideas for their Edinburgh shows. Each gig features 2 shows and costs £5 to cover the cost of the comedians’ travel.

The gigs will be MCed by thrusting young stallion Clint Edwards (hotcake). We also have a new microphone. Come and see its slightly dented top.

Doors open at 7pm, comedy starts at 7.30pm.
