The Haemoglobinopathy Coordinating Centre for the North of England is excited to invite you to YOUR day – an opportunity to connect, learn, and share with your incredible community!

- Advance registration is essential to attend, due to capacity and catering. Unregistered attendees cannot be accommodated, and Leeds United security may deny entry. Please bring your ticket (as a PDF or printout) to ensure smooth entry.
- If bringing family/guests, please select the correct number of tickets.
- If your plans change, please inform us as soon as possible to allow others to attend.
- This event is for individuals with full thalassaemia (major/intermedia), not trait, to ensure tailored content.
- Once you register, you'll receive an email containing your ticket with a QR code, a PDF version that you can save to your phone, and a link to the provisional agenda. We will send the final agenda and a patient handout via email closer to the event, so please keep an eye on your inbox!
