Hypnatal Birthing's GROUP Antenatal Hypnobirthing Workshop is aimed at people who really want to learn the essential antenatal & hypnobirthing knowledge, tools and techniques for a positive birth experience. Ideal if you are short on time, can’t commit to the Ultimate Course or have done hypnobirthing before and would like a refresher.

This course is run from my home in Hartley Wintney, so the perfect location to get nice and comfy, sit back and enjoy some great birth prep over a cuppa and cake. Join other expectant parents, and make friends with likeminded people having babies at a similar time to you (the exact location will be given after booking).

Please note this is NOT the full antenatal hypnobirthing course, but still packs an absolute punch in terms of birth knowledge and preparation! Head here to read more about the Full Course.

The Hypnobirthing Workshop is run by Fiona Wilson, founder of Hypnatal Birthing and mum of two. I have first-hand knowledge of the local maternity services, after having my son at Frimley Park Hospital and my daughter at home supported by the local home birth team. After having my two babies I couldn't keep everything I learned to myself, which is why I now teach expectant parents all about birth, and how much there is within your control. I absolutely love empowering birth teams to have a birth on their terms, and taking control of their birth experience.

Where does the course take place?

At my home in Hartley Wintney. The exact location will be provided upon booking. I can't wait to welcome you into my home at this special time, to make sure you and your birth partner are feeling fully prepared and confident ahead of your baby's birth day.

When are the group workshops running?

The last Group Course of 2025 is Sunday 7th December 9:30am - 1:30pm

What type of birth is it for?

This course is suitable for anyone, whether this is your first baby or not. It's for any type of birth, home birth, hospital birth, induction, caesarean, pain relief or no pain relief...you get the picture, anyone can do it!
