Solstice Blessing & Sacred Dance with Sr. Miriam and Sr. Barbara

We open the afternoon by honouring the turning of the year. Our founder Sr. Miriam and sacred‑dance guide Sr. Barbara lead a grounding arrival ritual, blessing and gentle movement practice. This shared moment of presence sets a contemplative tone and invites us into the deeper meaning of Solstice - light, renewal and connection.

Awakening the Senses with Marc Baker

Forest School Leader Marc Baker guides us into a sensory exploration of nature. Drawing on 15 years of experience working in the wild landscapes of Wicklow, Marc invites us to engage all our senses as we explore natural objects and textures. His work centres on helping people of all ages thrive outdoors through play, crafting, bushcraft and deep nature connection as a grounding counterbalance to modern life.

Stories of the Land with Lorraine

Writer and storyteller Lorraine brings us into the world of seasonal rhythms, wild places and ancestral memory. Through poetry and spoken stories rooted in the earth, she invites us to slow down, see the landscape with fresh eyes, and listen to the “stories of the land” carried by the old Irish seanchaí women.

Nervous System Reset & Voice Activation Sound Bath with Barbora

We close the gathering with a restorative sound and voice session led by our resident practitioner Barbora. This deep reset blends stillness, breath, vocal resonance and therapeutic sound to support nervous‑system regulation and full‑body restoration before you return home.
