Wild & Free: A 2 Day Retreat

Are you aware of the extent of your domestication?

Can you sense the layers of colonization in your body that keep you tethered to normative ways of being in the world?

Have you touched moments of embodying your essence and don’t know how to land that in your day to day life?

This retreat is crafted to access the unconscious constraints living in your cellular matrix.  Many of your actions are guided  by this outdated paradigm of safety that suppresses your erotic life force energy.  This will be done firmly planted in a tribal field…perhaps the only place our nervous system feels held enough to repattern at this level.

We will dance, play and get really intimate with mama earth.Over our time together, our explorations will include a cacao ceremony, a shame puja, eco-erotic explorations individually and with others, Contact Improv and connective spaces for community building.Our somatic explorations will be supported by shamanic weaving in multiple levels of consciousness.

We will gather on a private land in central Maine near Alfred from 10 am Saturday September 5^th to 4 pm Sunday September 6^th. There is a sauna, fireplace and loads of space to roam here!

The group size will be limited to offer intimacy and a solid container for your process.

You will be invited to either camp out in nature or there will be an option to sleep in a beautiful barn that has a bathroom and shower. Four delicious meals focused on nourishing all parts of you will be provided along with snacks.
