The Ticket Tailor Facebook application adds a Buy Tickets tab to your Facebook page. This lists all the events you have on sale using Ticket Tailor so that your tickets are only a click away from your Facebook fans. The Buy Tickets tab automatically keeps itself up to date with your event listings.
To set up the Facebook application, follow these steps:
1. Login on Facebook to the admin profile of your page.
2. Go to the following link where you will find our application: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=153491221362738&v=app_6261817190
3. Select which page you would like to add the Ticket Tailor App to, then click ‘Add Page Tab’
4. The Ticket Tailor App will now have been installed on your page. To synchronise your events on Ticket Tailor with your Facebook page, navigate back to your Facebook page.
5. Click ‘Edit Page’.
6. Click ‘Apps’ on the left hand side.
7. Click ‘Go to App’.
8. Enter your API key and click Save. If you are not sure where to find your API key please see ‘Finding your API’ key below.
9. Your Buy Tickets tab should now appear on your Facebook listing all the events you have on sale.
Finding your API key
Login to your Ticket Tailor control panel, go to the ‘Box Office Setup’ tab and click ‘Facebook Integration’. Each account receives a unique API key which allows the service to auto update your Facebook tickets page.
