SMS tickets are a way of allowing your customers to receive tickets to their mobile phones. Once they have made a ticket order, their e-ticket code will be sent to their mobile number immediately.

Please note that SMS tickets are only available for events in the UK at the moment.

To do this, the event organiser will need to purchase SMS credits from Ticket Tailor in advance. To enquire about pricing and to make an order please email us on info@tickettailor.com.

Once you have purchased tickets, to add this feature to an event go to the event details and click ‘Show advanced options’.

Check the SMS tickets box.

Click save.

If you’ve purchased SMS credits, all customers will receive their e-ticket code via SMS and email.
