Basic Box Office customisation

Basic customisation, which is available on all packages as standard, allows you to customise your box office by changing the colours, fonts and uploading a logo.

Below is an example of basic customisation in action:

To customise your box office, login into your Ticket Tailor control panel, go to the ‘Box Office Setup’ tab and click ‘Basic Customisation’.

You will then be able to customise colours, fonts and upload a box office logo.

Advanced customisation

Please note, we are no longer offering advanced customisation.

The advanced customisation option involves us fully customising your box office to match your website (also known as “white labelling”). Your box office will be virtually indistinguishable from your own website to your customers. This is currently free to set up on the Promoter Plus Package, Venue Package and Venue Plus Package.
