Now and again everyone needs a little guidance here, or a little nudge in the right direction there. So we’ve decided to create a series of short walkthrough videos guiding you through the most used parts of our software.
Each video is designed with you in mind; it’s simple and straightforward and will have you up and running your awesome events in no time.
In this first batch of videos, we show you how to set up your own online box office with live events (without any per-ticket fees of course), close your event and export your doorlist and how to use the basic customisation tools available.
We’d also like to say a special thank you to Screenr, the online software which has given us the ability to make these videos.
In part two next week, we show you how to integrate your box office into Facebook and guide you through the order process for your customers.
