This is an announcement we’re pretty excited about as it’s been high up on the list of feature requests from our customers for some time: we now support scheduling events and scheduling broadcasts.
This means you can create your event and choose a set time in the future to go live, without needing to physically push it live yourself.
We know that this was requested a lot from those of you who have regular events, so we hope it will help with setting events up in bulk and scheduling them to go live on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (or any other frequency!).
Once your event is live, you can then also make use of our scheduling broadcast tool to decide when in the future (before or after your event) you would like to send any communications to your customers.
We hope that being able to send broadcasts at a scheduled time will help with things like:
Scheduling a reminder email to go out the day before the event
Automating a post-event survey that you can send to all attendees
Reminding ticket buyers what the joining details are for online events
