All payments you make to Ticket Tailor generate an invoice, in case you need it for your records.
Occasionally, if you were buying Pre pay credits, or paying your Pay as you go fees, your transaction may have been declined. Often, the credit purchase would be repeated successfully.
We thought that it was confusing seeing two invoices for the same amount on your ‘Recent invoices’ summary.
That’s why we’ve added a flag on your billing page, so you can easily see the status of your invoices at a glance.
You can now see if your invoices are paid, unpaid or have another status on your billing page, making life just a little bit easier.
