We’ve all been there. You’re up a step-ladder, hanging the decorations in your venue when a ticket buyer calls you to ask you to switch their seats. In these situations, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to help your customers out. We’ve just released two awesome features to help reschedule bookings. Check them out:
Refund to a voucher
Offered alongside cancelling and refunding, when a customer wants to change their booking, you can cancel their order and issue a voucher code that is the same value as the original order.
In a couple of clicks you can rebook your customer onto another event in your box office, or even easier you can opt for the voucher to be sent to your customer, allowing them to rebook by themselves.
Transfer an order between occurrences
When you have a lot of identical events happening across lots of different dates and times, people often change their minds about when they want to come.
If this is the case, you can transfer their order to another occurrence in your event series with one click. So easy you could (probably) do it one-handed up a ladder!
