You asked for it, and we listened - your ticket buyers can now add your events to their digital calendars directly from their order confirmation!
By adding an ‘add to calendar’ placeholder to your order confirmation, your ticket buyers will be sent a link, where they can add your event to their Google, Apple, Office, Outlook and Yahoo calendars.
This will reduce questions about your event time, as well as non-attendance from attendees who plan everything on their phone (although you can also always set up a scheduled broadcast to remind them!).
With a rise in online events, this will make the experience of buying a ticket to attending an event much more seamless for your attendees.
