All your orders for all your events – now all in one place!

rocket

One of the requests we hear most often from our users is that you’d like to be able to export more data about your events from your control panels. You’ve also told us that you’d like to be able to access all orders for all your events in one place and export them in one go – making it easier to record sales, manage customers’ details and target your marketing efforts more efficiently.

Multiple box offices – One login

Just a quick update to say that we have just launched a new major feature: Multi box offices!

If you have multiple brands or venues that you sell tickets for then previously you would have had to have separate accounts with us in order to have a different box office for each. Now, you can have as many box offices as you like and just have one login. There’s a convenient box office switcher at the top right of the dashboard.

To create a new box office simply click on your box office name at the top right and click “Add a new box office”, enter a name, and it’s all done.

Introducing Donations

Lots of you are using Ticket Tailor for fundraising events and so it’s no wonder that we have been inundated with requests to add an option for your customers to donate when they buy tickets to your events.

Well, we are pleased to announce donations is now live and available on all accounts.

When editing an event you should now see a new option called ‘Allow customers to make a donation’. You can then set up a name of the donation and some extra text in case you need to say more about what they are donating for. When it’s all done you’ll have something that looks like this on your event page:

Introducing Zapier – saving you time on every ticket sale

We’re pleased to announce that you can now connect all sorts of useful apps to Ticket Tailor via Zapier.

Zapier allows different applications to communicate with each other. In practice, this means you can use Zapier to easily automate a number of mundane tasks, such as transferring ticket sales details to spreadsheets, putting together a mailing list from event attendees or creating invoices for purchases.

Design refresh for event pages and checkout flow

Your feedback helps us decide what to do next to make Ticket Tailor better. One piece of feedback we hear time and time again is that the event and checkout pages look a bit basic and dated. These pages were originally designed over 5 years ago and whilst they are practical and functional across all devices we recognised there were improvements to be made. So today we are releasing our brand new and improved checkout pages.
