Sir Nicholas Bacon is a landowner, businessman and plays a significant role in many organisations connected with rural life. He is England's premier baronet and a former page of honour to HM The Queen. Currently he serves as President of the Royal Horticultural Society and as a member of the National Trust Council. He lives at Raveningham, a country estate of 5,500 acres in South Norfolk that has been home to the Bacon family since 1735.
