Chris will demoantrate how he includes buildings within his landscape paintings. He will review drawing considerations, simplification and placement of subject matter on the page, all to make a compelling design. He will show how he uses multiple washes to create light and form and will reveal his approach to colour mixing.

About Chris Gorey, CSPWC
Christopher Gorey was born and educated in the United States and graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art. After numerous painting excursions to Atlantic Canada he moved to the small coastal village of Ingonish on Cape Breton Island to take up painting full time. He still resides there with his wife Lynn. The Goreys have two children and three grandchildren.
