Although we know anxiety and worry are not healthy or useful, it’s not easy to just wish them away! Fortunately, there are simple and effective methods you can learn to reduce and eventually overcome these sometimes debilitating problems. In this three week course, you will discover what you need to do to prevent the build-up of harmful thoughts that create these negative emotions. By applying some relatively simple meditation techniques, you will find relief from these negative habits of mind and learn how to become more relaxed and confident in your life.
