Over the 16 hours of this course we cover, a considerable amount of information, and also provide the space to see Kanban in practice with a simulation.

Course Schedule:

The course will run 2pm to 6pm CET daily. We will have regular breaks for tea, coffee and to move about.

The set-up you need to attend this course

You will need

  • Good Wi-Fi and internet connection
  • A quiet environment so you can hear and also talk (this is interactive) with the trainer and your fellow course attendees. Please do not worry about the odd passing interruption, such as child, pet, partner – we understand life is going on around us and will keep rolling!
  • A working microphone (headsets are generally better)
  • A laptop or desktop. (A reasonably powered one. Phones or Tablets are not recommended). A good-sized external monitor is a bonus.
  • Zoom. We recommend using the installed client. At the time of writing the download can be found here.

Full refunds are available 15 business or more days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made 10 or more business days before the event will be credited toward future events, however, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling course attendance within 10 full business days or less will be subject to a transfer fee of 100€.
