Northeast Texas Landowner Workshop and Prairie Tour image

Join the Native Prairies Association of Texas on Saturday, June 4 in Mount Vernon for a tour of Daphne Prairie followed by lunch and a landowner workshop. Workshop topics include prairie conservation, wildlife management plans and the tax valuation, conservation easements, solar development and and regenerative grazing. The group will meet in Mount Vernon. The tour of Daphne Prairie begins at 9 am, followed by lunch in Mount Vernon, courtesy of Mr. B.F. Hicks. Expert talks until 5 p.m. Registration is $25.
