Dive deep and grow your agile competencies through small-group coaching and mentoring. In your community of practice  you will hone your Agilist skills of mentoring, coaching, teaching, facilitation, and leadership in a setting designed to move well beyond book learning. Together with your cohort, you will learn to apply your developing skill sets to the real-life situations and scenarios where they actually matter.

This 10-session cohort program will enhance your competencies, interactive and engaging. This is a space of intensive growth in a short period of time, supported by abundant feedback and real-life skill-building.

• Anyone who is leading or guiding team(s) using agile principles 

• Agilists who are ready to enhance and grow their Professional Coaching, Teaching, Mentoring, Facilitation and Leadership skills
  

• Agilists who are beginning or intermediate in their Agile journey

• Agilists who are excited to engage in self-exploration, personal development, and skills acquisition — and are ready to level up!

• Agilists who already have a basic knowledge of scrum and agile principles

• Building trust and good conflict to help teams work together and courageous conversations

• Developing collaborative capacity for teams to achieve better results
  

• Deep Dive into Professional Coaching, Mentoring, Facilitation & Teaching Skills

• Navigating different agile roles, how to wear different hats, and create harmony within and between agile teams

• Removing impediments through a coaching perspective rather than a “telling” perspective

• Creating learning experiences for growth through fun and improvisation

• Learning emotional intelligence leadership skills through self-learning and self-awareness

• Practice Development Project and Development Plan (optional to work in small group)
  

Meeting schedule:

• We’ll meet every once a week on Thursday for the duration of 10 sessions.

• Each meeting will be 1.5 hours at 10am–11:30am (PST) / 1pm–2:30pm (EST)

• This workshop is meaningful for all levels. This workshop is for Agilists, Leaders, Scrum Master, Agile Coaches, Agile team member anyone wanting to have collaborative and engaging purpose-led and outcome-focused meetings and workshops.
• Understand the SCRUM framework
• Understand the Manifesto for Agile Software Development
• This is not a workshop to learn Scrum, please have the basic agile knowledge

Refund Policy:

• You may cancel your registration up until 30 calendar days before the start of the workshop to receive a full refund minus $75 Registration Fee. You must email the cancellation request in writing to our regional office:
