Come join in the fun of our opening ceremonies for NFOTA’s sixteen days of arts events all over the county. We are honoured that National Poet Laureate, Louise Halfe – Sky Dancer will open the festival and share her thoughts and poetry. Enjoy performances by Ted Staunton and Friends, Marie-Lynn Hammond, What Fun!, Jessica Outram as well as a Premier Public Screening of “Arcadia”, a multi-art genre story by Dimitri Papatheodorou, and a chance to visit two art exhibits at the AGN. Raise a glass of wine, meet some of our artists, sponsors and organizers and enjoy an entertaining kick-off to NFOTA 2022.
