Gather four times with the Collective at the turning of the seasons....

This group is for you if...

• you are a caregiver experiencing stress or exhaustion
• you have enjoyed being creative in some way in your life you yearn to connect with yourself through nature's cycles and seasons explored through art making
• you are open to witnessing, and sharing with, others in a nurturing, accepting on-line space
• you are seeking inspiration, creativity and connection

Seasonal Themes: 
Fall - Gratitude: Giving thanks for our capability to care
Winter- Honouring Our Pain: Honouring our caregiving 
Summer- Seeing With New & Ancient Eyes: Caring with renewed heart
Spring - Going Forth: Going forth with collective care

 (Inspired by Root Teacher, Joanna Macy's Work that Reconnects Spiral Process)

Each gathering will offer:  

• a seasonal theme for inspiration
• a check in
• some art making time
• an opportunity to share
• a practice to explore between sessions (if desired)
• a closing exercise
