The most easy and simple instruction you could give a human being is this: sit down, relax and breathe.
And yet we all know what can happen ... the most simple thing can quickly become quite difficult. We might be smiling and relaxed on the outside, but on the inside we are doing our shopping, dreaming of a holiday or worrying about work.
When our mind is busy and perturbed we cannot experience inner peace and relaxation, no matter how good our circumstances are. On this course, we will learn the essential inner skills to become an effective meditator, and discover for ourselves the lasting happiness that arises from a calm and peaceful mind.
