We are at that time of year when creation is in full flow.. we only have to look around at the natural world to see that all life is in full blossom, giving birth, hatching the new. This is such a magical time of the year so let's honour this by coming together to celebrate with a fire, just as the ancient peoples did, and a despacho ceremony - a living prayer for the earth, for gratitude, for fertility and the abundance in our lives.. a reflection of the powerful life force flowing through Mother Earth as she expresses herself in her fullness.

At this New Moon celebration, where the moon slips into the Dark for three days and three nights, we have the opportunity to Dream a new dream for ourselves and our World. This gift is given to us each month, and this New Moon, in May, just a few days after Beltane, we will be offering a celebration to mark this incredible gift. Tonight we will come together and weave our dream collectively, as we create a despacho, a prayer to mother earth, gifting our gratitude to her for all that she gives to us. This despacho brings us into balance with ourselves, our world and or Dreams, and allows us to step onto the path of who we are becoming.

And then under the darkness of the New Moon, we will come to Fire to offer our prayers and despacho to the flames ... surrendering our Dream to the Great Empty, leaving the outcome not to chance, but to a greater force, so that we co-create the dream of the future... rather than re-create more of the same old story.

As shaman, we have been saying that it's time to dream a new dream… one that serves our world, and all our brothers and sisters.. we are indeed the ones we have been waiting for and so, as we come together at this auspicious time in the Natural world, under this inviting New Moon, we will send our dream seeds into the flames of the fire to be fulfilled, to be potentiated, to birth into being the kind of world we want our children and their children to inherit.
