Organized by F&L Asia Ltd., F+L Week has become the premier annual conference and exhibition for fuels, additives, base oils, and lubricants in Asia-Pacific, since the first Fuels & Lubes Asia Conference in 1995 at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort in Singapore.

F+L Week 2023 provides a global platform to present the latest trends and issues on transport fuels, lubricants, base oils and additives in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur is one of the fastest-growing cities in Asia and serves as the cultural, financial, and economic centre of Malaysia.

2023 marks the 28th F+L Week event—which will build on the successful return of F+L Week Live! in 2022 after the global pandemic began in 2020, disrupting all human activities. This year, F+L Week shifts from its traditional March schedule. A dedicated networking day, F+L Connect, will be held on June 13, prior to the start of the technical conference on June 14.
