Tickets are nonrefundable.
After the online ticket transaction is complete, customer will receive a ticket via email. Please print or show the ticket on your phone to present at the registration table for entry into the event. 1 Ticket is sent per order. Therefore, if you purchase 4 tickets, they will be under 1 barcode.
Refund Policy: No refunds available / all tickets are nonrefundable unless a cancellation. Tickets are refunded if event is cancelled due to artists or weather.
How is seating?
Seating is general admission (first come first served) unless noted otherwise.

Yes, all events are positive and inspirational.

No, tickets are nonrefundable but can be given away or sold at consumers discretion. This is normative for most ticketed events via ticketmaster/live nation.
What are the ticket fees?
Ticket fees cover the credit card fees that are taken from each purchase while a very small portion goes towards the maintenance of the site along with convenience for the service.
Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, unless they are shown as sold out online. If tickets are sold out online all tickets are sold out and unavailable at the door.

Should I have and health concerns for ticket holders?
If you have epilepsy we strongly suggest you consult with a physician prior to purchase due to high intensity flashing lights and a flashing video wall which may cause seizures for those with the condition.
