Are we giving our life enough attention? Mindfulness is about paying attention so that your life flourishes. It’s about making the most of your life. This course brings ancient meditation techniques to bear on modern life to help you become more aware of your mind, body, and the people around you. Ultimately the aim of mindfulness is to move towards reality itself, to progress toward the enlightened mind.

Led by Maitreyabandhu, Samantavajra, and Sraddhamalini.
