The Lions Automobilia Foundation and California Nomads are excited to celebrate GM's most iconic trio, the 1955, 56 and 57 Chevy. The event launches with coffee and donuts in Ricks' Diner and later welcomes to the Lions Drag Strip starting line, special guest speaker Doug Marion from Super Chevy and Darryl Nance, President of DP Chevy, sharing their stories about Project X. The Ticket Holder, on behalf of himself or herself and on behalf of any minor accompanying Ticket Holder to the event: (a) voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including, without limitation, the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury; (b) waives, releases, and discharges Lions Automobilia Foundation, Price Transfer, Inc. and all affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, and sponsors from any and all negligence and liability for Ticket Holder’s death, disability, personal injury, property damages, property theft or claims of any nature which may accrue to Ticket Holder as a direct or indirect result of Ticket Holder’s attendance and/or actions; and (c) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lions Automobilia Foundation, Price Transfer, Inc. and all affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, and sponsors from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, and liabilities of any nature including all costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees, which in any manner result from Ticket Holder’s attendance and/or actions.
