Explore the intersection of modalities in this meditative flow. We’ll weave together movement, painting, and writing while listening to the inspirations of an ever-changing soundtrack. Each participant focuses on their own creative experience while being held in community. This process is designed to be accessible to all individuals, regardless of mobility. Open to adults and teens. Appropriate for complete beginners and movers, artists and writers of all skill levels. No experience required.
