Non-member registration is for those wishing to attend but not become a member. However, you must still must qualify to be a member to attend. If you do not qualify, you will be refunded.
If you cancel your registration before July 25, 2024, you will receive registration fees only. If DUES were a part of your registration, those will not be refunded and can not be transferred.
