The annual Small Giants Community Summit is a time for the Community to come together, learn from one another, and strengthen relationships. Each year, we select a new and timely theme. For the 2024 Small Giants Community Summit, we are thrilled to announce our theme of "Enduring.” There are many stories of Small Giants companies who are focused on the long-term: companies who are building brands, cultures, and purpose-based practices that can be sustained across leadership transitions and generations of teams to come. We’re excited to share these inspirational stories with you!
This strategy doesn’t come without its challenges. We’ve seen volatility and unpredictability in our businesses over the last few years, including fundamental shifts in the way we work. Yet as Small Giants companies, we try to stay disciplined and honor our values-based approach. There are looming questions about the best models going forward. What kind of flexibility will we need? Will our employees be full time, part time, fractional or freelance? Will the trend toward hybrid/remote work threaten the intimate cultures we are so used to enjoying?
Through a combination of heartfelt storytelling and practical learning, we’ll tackle these challenges by talking about how we can create an ownership mentality regardless of ownership structure, how to resist the temptation of short-term thinking in favor of long-term resilience, and how to honor the creativity of our young leaders who will take us into the future.
Within the Small Giants Community, intentionality is everything, and we’re looking forward to another thoughtful opportunity to connect and learn at our next Summit. It’s all about enduring the challenges of today to build the sustainable Small Giant companies of tomorrow.

If you cancel before Thursday 3/14/2024, you will receive 100% of your refunded ticket*. If you cancel between Friday 3/15/2024 and Thursday 4/4/2024, you will receive 50% of your refunded ticket*. From Friday 4/5/2024 until the Summit, you will not receive any refund on your purchase.
