CALLING ALL SYDNEY CHEFS... CUT THE BALONEY AND LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN MORTADELLA!

We’re excited to be collaborating with RJ Lines and Ruben Martinez from One Penny Red to offer industry professionals the opportunity to join us for an informative hands-on class in a relaxed environment. Dice, mince, blend, fill, cook, taste and hang-out with peers... what better way to spend a Monday than learning a new skill and making industry friends!

This class will be facilitated by food experts Tawnya Bahr and Lucy Allon specifically for chefs and includes:

  • Two professional chefs to guide you through the mortadella making process from start to finish
  • All the ingredients and equipment required to make your own mortadella
  • Casual grazing charcuterie lunch
  • Take-home your own hand-made mortadella
