Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing or by email to info@westerndredging.org.

  • Refunds will be issued for the total registration amount less:
    • No cancelation fee from now until February 15, 2024
    • A $50 cancellation processing fee will be charged from Feb. 15th until March 15, 2024
    • 10% cancellation from March 15, 2024, to April 15, 2024, + $50 processing fee.
    • 25% cancellation from April 15th to May 15, 2024 + $50 processing fee.
    • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after May 15, 2024.
    • You will receive a full refund if the show is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions or another pandemic.
