Catering
- Tea and coffee will be available on arrival, as well as lunch and afternoon tea on both days of the conference.
Networking
You will be asked for each ticket purchased whether or not you wish to attend our networking events, to assist with capacity, staffing, and catering requirements.
- After Dark (Thursday evening) and High Tide (Friday evening) are open to all attendees, and included in the ticket price. The conference will provide food and drinks.
- Watering Holes (Wednesday and Friday evenings) are open to all attendees, free to attend, and will have food and drink specials for attendees to purchase. These venues have limited capacity, so places will be offered on a first-come, first serve basis.
go Event Card
- go Event is valid across all Translink zones in South East Queensland including Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast regions.
- Your purchased card includes unlimited travel for the selected number of days.
- You may travel as often as you like on the Translink network.
- The number of days must be selected upfront and cannot be changed.
- Translink bus services to and from Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast airports are included.
- No cash is required, just touch on and off at an electronic card reader.
- There’s no need to calculate the fares or zones or load money onto the card.
- Support is via a dedicated 24/7 call centre, user guide, comprehensive website, and an extensive bus, train*, ferry, and tram network (*excludes Airtrain).
- We require a minimum conference order of 50 to proceed. Should the minimum not be met, any purchases will be refunded.
- We anticipate the go Event cards to arrive by mid-October.
- If purchasing a go Event card, be sure to include your address when completing your ticket purchase.
- go Event card purchases are non-refundable, except when the minimum order is not met.
