Each Week we are bringing you the option to try something different to see if it's for you.  

Wednesday 27th May 4pm: Positive Psychology with Feargus Callagy

Feargus will share insights into what exactly positive psychology is and we'll explore the ideas around authentic happiness.  What does it mean to be happy? Or is that a reality in a sometimes unhappy world?

All you need is a pen and paper if you want to take notes;-)

Wednesday 3rd June 4pm: A Chat and a Chant with Cathy Murphy

The lovely Cathy will share with us an insight into what chanting is and how it benefits and sooths. She will then guide us through a few simple and well known chants to help make this practice a little more familiar.
