Join Lisa and Kate for their beautiful new offering, “Relax, Restore and Reset Retreat” from the 4-7th October 2024 at the luxurious Beach Sun Retreat in Kent.
They have created this unique retreat experience for women to come and be together on their personal and collective journeys. Their aim is to support women to leave feeling nurtured, relaxed and restored. Fully equipped with the tools and techniques to ensure that their journey of self-care and self-discovery will continue long after the retreat.
Enjoy three nights away from your daily life and experience transformative, nourishing and restorative practices. You’ll have time to enjoy nature, eat delicious food, relax, make new friends and have some fun. Experience their unique BREATHWORK and SOUND HEALING sessions as well as have the opportunity to try Kundalini Yoga, an Energising Flow class with sea swim, Ecstatic Dance, Meditations, Sea Walks and Swimming, Fire Ceremonies, Cacao Ceremonies and a Cinema Night at the house.
Kate and Lisa believe that Breath and Sound are two of the most powerful healing tools that can help us to achieve our fullest potential. They are also huge advocates (and practice often); Conscious Dance, Intention Setting, Cacao Ceremonies, Shamanic Practices, Mantra, Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, and connecting with the elements which they weave into their offerings.

- £1,100 King Room Single Occupancy (Luxury King bed w/ private en suite bathroom)
- £750 King Room Shared Occupancy (Luxury King bed w/ private en suite bathroom). Please only book this option if you are booking on with a friend.
We will have a maximum of 12 women at our retreat.
£150 per person is payable upfront to secure your place, the remaining balance is due by 1st August 2024.
Travel to the retreat is not included in the price. Free parking available at the venue.
