Course overview:

This course delved into the issues regarding socio-economic status/social mobility and its importance to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda (DEI). Social mobility may not be a protected characteristic but we know that evidence and research shows us that individuals from marginalised communities are more likely to face barriers and challenges with regard to employment, service delivery and other aspects.

By addressing social mobility as part of the DEI agenda, this supports your organisation to have a more holistic approach to equity and inclusion.
