ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE
- The outstanding balance is required before 1st October 2024. If full payment is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled.
- Bookings made after 1st October 2024 must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Deposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
- Should the party size decrease in number, payments (including deposits) are non-refundable.
- Organisers must ensure that any dietary requirements are submitted to the events team no later than 1 month prior to the event.
- Outside beverages taken into the event will be confiscated.
- Guests under 18 years old may be restricted at some events, please check at time of booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking should any change in government guidance result in us being unable to accommodate your booking for any reason.
- We endeavour to make sure that pricing on the brochure and Ingliston Country Club websites are accurate, however occasionally errors occur. Therefore ICC reserves the right to correct pricing or information in such circumstances. If a booking has already been made ICC is entitled to cancel the booking without liability
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of ICC.
- We respectfully ask Customers and their guests not to enter any fields or stables within the grounds at any time, unless previously arranged with ICC
- Any personal belongings are individual guests' responsibility. ICC accept no responsibility/liability for loss or breakage of items.
- ICC may be prevented from carrying out its obligations under these terms and conditions in relation to a Booking by circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure) including but not limited to Government intervention, strikes, labour disputes epidemics or pandemics, accidents, act of God, national or local disasters, war, damage to the Venue, loss of services such as electricity, gas or sewage, weather, fire or failure of sub-contractors or suppliers, in which case ICC shall notify the Customer in writing of, and the reasons for, such cancellation.
