The event organized by Facilitate Live Ltd, a limited liability company formed under English company law and registered in the UK. Cancellations received more than 45 days before the conference date, will be eligible for a refund less £75 administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event date will not be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, no refund can be given but you may nominate a colleague to take your place.
