There are a thousand photography workshops out there that concentrate on photography. What about a workshop that concentrates on everything ELSE around being a photographer and creative soul? 

I haven't offered my EVOLUTION creative growth retreat since before COVID.

In 2025, I'll be bringing it back for a special creative retreat on beautiful Prince Edward Island.

What is EVOLUTION? It's a 3-day retreat in an intimate setting dedicated to photography and everything that goes with being a photographer/artist. It's all about the answer to the question that many of us struggle with: "How To Grow + Live As An Artist"

Topics covered will include:

  • establishing your voice as an artist
  • getting “out there” in your local/provincial market
  • growing your artistic vision

We'll create, eat, laugh, drink, discuss, and grow together. This is a retreat...wine will be involved! 

If you feel like you're well on your way with the actual photography but need help with everything else that comes with being creative in today's world...this is for you.  

What qualifies me to lead you?  I've been an established and respected creative professional for almost 20 years and have successfully navigated the often-challenging financial world of being an artist...all the while sticking to my creative ideals and goals through most of that path. I have a lot to share about the successes and challenges you will likely encounter in getting your work out there, being noticed as an artist, and trying to make a living within your artistic dreams.

Over the past 20 years, I have been published in 200+ publications, authored four books, and successfully led two different photography-related corporations concurrently.

Everyone comes into EVOLUTION with different goals. My goal is to listen to you, understand your challenges, and help you achieve your goals...whatever they may be!

August 1 - 3, 2025.  The workshop will kick-off at 9 AM on August 1 and complete at 3 PM on August 3.

The Carriage House at Beaconsfield Historic House,
Downtown Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

COST

  • Option 1: Pay in Full
    Total Cost: $2250 + tax
    Payment: Full amount due upon registration
  • Option 2: Installment Plan
    Initial Deposit:
    $750 + tax due upon registration
    Installment Payments:
    • First Installment: $750 + tax, due by October 25, 2024
    • Second Installment: $750 + tax, due by March 1, 2025

(NOTE: workshop price includes instruction, snacks during the retreat, and finale dinner/celebration at a nice Charlottetown restaurant).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Spots are non-refundable but transferrable (i.e., if the participant can find someone to take their spot and sell/transfer it to a new participant, this is acceptable). Please note the participant is responsible for selling their spot if they cannot attend.
