What is it?
We have some one-to-one sessions with experts from the legal sector to support tech start-up founders on their journey. Participants will be able to engage directly with and receive personalised advice from Jason Teng, Patent Attorney or David Holt, IP Solicitor for Potter Clarkson.
Areas they can cover as part of the office hours include:
- IP protection and freedom-to-operate
- Basics of creating an IP strategy
- Patents and trade secrets
- Branding
- Confidentiality
- Collaboration and licensing agreements

These sessions are for attendees of the IP training event. This is a private meeting between yourself/your team and Jason or David.
