Canterbury Trails Event 2025

event_description_image_175735_1734503285_161a0.jpg?_a=BAAAV6DQ

Following on from our successful event in May 2024, we can promise more value for your money in 2025. We received lots of positive feedback. The most common comment was "I didn't realise that there are so many trails to ride in Kent!" From the Wye Downs to the cliff top views of Folkestone and Dover reaching onwards to France across the English Channel, Kent is quite unique.

This is another opportunity for members to experience the best trails that Kent can offer

A great social occasion and an ideal opportunity to meet with other group members. Please remember, you must be a member to attend.

Location

The event location is again at Knowler Farm. This is a family run venture, it's perfect for our needs, with plenty of sheltered seating, a huge marquee and full use of two events fields! Vodafone cellular coverage here is poor, however, this year we will have WiFi available in the vicinity of the marquee. There will also be a phone charging facility. Toilets and showers available, a little primitive, but work very well! There will be a bar in the marquee. This year's Canterbury Trails tee shirt and other merchandise, will be available to buy, although I recommend the discounted option when buying your ticket, also the size selection will be limited.

There is a Convenience Store and a Pub near by, plus fuel available a short ride away.

Group number and other helpful information will be presented to you when you register your arrival.

This year you will stay with your ride leader for both outings. Two different routes that will be scenic, with the option of a few tricky bits!

Ticket information

Tickets for 2025 are now available, look out for the discounted tickets detailed below. Unfortunately ticket refunds will not be available, so please check your diary before booking! The tickets are transferrable to another TRF member, please click the "Manage Ticket." You can also email us from there too.

You will have the opportunity to buy the Canterbury Trails 2025 tee shirt when purchasing your ticket, this will avoid the disappointment of your size not being available. Tee shirts to be collected upon your arrival at the registration desk.

(This year we are offering *10 Special Tickets.*(SOLD OUT) If you would like to be one of our group Tail Enders for the weekend, with all the benefits of a full ticket price, you can snap up a bargain ticket for only £80. You will of course need to have the ability to follow the route using a navigation device on your bike, a gpx file will be supplied by the ride leader. These tickets are primarily for Kent members, however, it's first come, first serve, so go get a bargain! The Tail Ender is simply an indicator to the Ride Leader that all the riders are present and are in front of you. There will be a full briefing on Friday evening.)

We decided that Kent TRF members should be entitled to a 15% discount on the price of every ticket, full price ticket and Tail Ender ticket too. Look out for the "promo, credit or voucher code" drop down option when adding your personal details. Please contact us via the "Manage Ticket" button, then "Contact the event organiser," we will then reply with the promo code. Please be honest, your home group will be checked. Thanks.

Each ticket will entitle you to:

  • Two days of guided riding (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Two nights camping pitch
