Hook Eagle Morris, will return on Sunday 26 January for another Winter Wassail, blessing the trees in our young heritage orchard with cider and toast.
Join us at noon on Sunday 26 January in the For Earth's Sake orchard (behind the For Earth's Sake plastic free and waste free shop) to help scare away evil spirits by making as much noise as possible by shouting, clapping, blowing whistles, banging on drums, saucepans or other inventive ways!
Watch and take part in the dancing and music of the fabulous Hook Eagle Morris, and learn traditional Morris dances and songs.
After the wassailing of the orchard, we'll move over the road to the Great Green Barn where hot and cold refreshments for vegans, veggies and non-vegans will be available to purchase, including our delicious Spanakopita (Feta & Spinach Pie), vegan sausage rolls, houmous and pitta, soup and SODT bread rolls... plus our selection of brownies and flapjacks too! We'll also have available to buy Silly Moo ciders, and Firebird beers and lagers, and various soft drink options and hot drinks.
Whilst this event is free to attend, RESERVING TICKETS IS ESSENTIAL and ticket confirmations will be asked for on arrival.
