Back by popular demand, Blue Hat Bakery-Café at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is offering an indulgent Thanksgiving feast to-go with all of your favourite, traditional trimmings!
Let us do the prepping, cooking and cleaning for you this holiday while you relax with family and friends at home. All you have to do is heat up and eat up! Pre-order before 3p.m. on Friday, October 11th and pick up during Thanksgiving weekend. Each order serves 2 people.

- Turkey Leg Roulade
- Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (GF)
- Brussels Sprouts with Candied Walnuts (DF, GF)
- Honey Roasted Baby Carrots (GF)
- Herb Stuffing with Cranberries (DF)
- Traditional Turkey Gravy
- Orange-Whiskey Cranberry Sauce (DF, GF)
- Two 4" Pumpkin Pies with Chantilly Cream
The deadline to place your order is Friday, October 11th at 3pm. Orders will be available for pickup on Thanksgiving between 10:30am and 3:30pm on Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, October 13th, 2024. Upon checkout, please specify the day and time you will be picking up your order from Blue Hat Bakery-Café.
Orders not picked up by end of day October 13th will be donated and no refunds will be issued.
