These Women’s Morning Retreats come from a place of really wanting to connect with other women who also need some love and nurturing and I believe we need this regularly.
Whether you have children, you're a grandmother, single, in a relationship, have a high pressured job, whatever your situation, we need some time and space for ourselves to re-connect with our inner nature, to re-fill our very big cups of love, so we can continue to pour that love into those around us.
This mini retreat morning will be a sacred place to drop into and be your full, unfiltered self with no judgment. We will...
~ have a welcome circle & tea
~ love our bodies with gentle yoga
~ relax with a guided meditation
~ express ourselves in a sharing circle
~ journal what we want to let go of and welcome in.
~ enjoy some silence & rest
~ relax & heal with a Gong bath
~ Connect and create new friendships over tea and nibbles.
You can take part in everything or nothing, if you just want to lay down for 3 hours then I invite you to do that, whatever feels good and nourishes YOU is what’s important.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, pjs are welcome! Make sure you have enough to keep you warm for relaxation time.
Please bring;
~ A yoga mat/sheepskin if you have one but I do have some that I will set up.
~ A cushion
~ A blanket
~ A cup for your hot drink
~ Bottle of water
~ Something for our altar
~ A journal/notebook and pen
The energy exchange for this retreat morning is £37 (Early Bird Donation ends 11th January 2025). There will also be a small booking fee to cover admin costs.
I will send you an email with all the details of the morning, the week before the morning retreat.

About me;
I am passionate about serving the world in whatever way I can and have been in many service roles throughout my career.
I presently feel called to serve women and have a passion and love for sitting in circle with fellow sisters. I am a 200hr trained yoga teacher, pregnancy yoga teacher, a Hypnobirthing teacher, Reiki healer and most importantly, a mother.
I want to help create a world my daughter will thrive in and I believe through creating communities of women who are working on themselves, we can truly make a difference.
