Lego for Coaches - Monday 24th March, 9:30am - 1:00pm (GMT) & Tuesday 25th of March, 9:30am - 1:00pm (GMT) (both mornings)

Creativity in coaching can lead to real transformation but being bold enough to try new ideas (and careful enough not to force them) can be tough.

We’ll spend some time exploring the LEGO® Serious Play but in a coaching context. We’ll also look at introducing LEGO® bricks & pieces into some popular coaching exercises and even try a LEGO® brick Mindfulness activity. Above all else you’ll get the chance to practice!

This course is aimed at facilitators, trainers, L&D professionals, coaches, leaders, anyone really who wants to engage people & help them to explore/learn in group, team or 1-2-1 situations.

I am a Barefoot trained ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) and a skilled group facilitator. I have a real interest in creativity in coaching and finding innovative ways to engage people.
