About the Workshop
Our resilience workshop aims to empower children by helping them to understand the power of their mindset. We want to help them find the confidence to aim high, to persevere and not to let challenges get in the way of leading a full and happy life. The workshop will cover serious topics but it will be delivered in a fun and engaging way. It is a mix of discussion and fun activities, so they will learn a lot while having a great time!
We will cover topics such as:
- Social and emotional intelligence
- Making mistakes, taking risks, and embracing failure
- Growth mindset vs fixed mindset
- Self-kindness, exploring the links between personal wellbeing and our mental health.
Overall, the workshop is designed to help children be the best versions of themselves, regardless of what is going on in the world around them.
