In this training session you will discover how the brains deal with attention and concentration and which routines you can use to make optimal use of them. The effect is that you structurally will get more done and experience less stress.
If you are able to manage your own focus, it has a positive effect on your productivity, stress and (work)happiness.

* Four one-hour blocks are spread over two afternoons, with an hour break in between.

By combining insight and understanding of the brain with practical tools, the participant is fully equipped to learn positive behavioral change.
Personal coaching is included free of charge, if desired by the participant.
Tiny Habits™ Coaching
By helping participants with the implementation after the course, the long-term effect is drastically increased. Oscar de Bos, certified Tiny Habits™ coach, guides the participant through the implementation of the new habits. The coaching goes according to the method of B.J.Fogg (Tiny Habits™), is completely free of obligations and can be terminated at any time.
By asking specific questions by mail, the participant materializes the new habit(s). The coaching ends with a video call to complete the personal feedback.
