Course Description: This course will explore the concept of personal boundaries, what they are and how they can help us to maintain good mental health and boost self-esteem.
Who is this Course for?: Do you sometimes find yourself finding it hard to say no? Do you ever feel that others don't respect your feelings and needs? If so, this course might be for you. During this short session we will explore the concept of personal boundaries and how we can communicate these with others in our lives.
Outcomes from the Course: By the end of the course we hope you will better understand what your personal boundaries are, the importance of communicating these with others and the benefits of maintaining our boundaries.
