This gorgeous little Robin mosaic is designed to interact with it’s environment, reflecting and refracting light so that it changes throughout the day.
On this one day workshop you will produce a stained glass mosaic Robin on a stalk to brighten up your garden
Skills covered on the course will include mapping out of your original design, basic glass cutting, stained glass mosaic techniques, and grouting techniques.
This course is suitable for all levels although glass cutting skills are a bonus
Yvette Green is a stained glass mosaic artist working from a small studio based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Originally from South Africa, Yvette trained in Botany and Education before working in mosaics for the last 10 years. She works primarily with stained glass and glass inclusions and produces mosaics for all areas of the home, specialising in garden mosaics. Please bring with you - £12 cash for materials payable to the tutor on the day.
Please also wear an apron or wear old clothes.
Windows in all rooms will be opened to improve circulation so you may want to bring an extra layer of clothing such as a light jumper or cardigan.

During the COVID 19 crisis we have had to postpone and reschedule workshops for a future date.
Where we have had to re-schedule a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control we will transfer your booking to the new date.
If this date is not convenient, we will be happy to give you a credit note which can be used for a future workshop/class.
